On Saturday, April 29th, we will host our third annual real estate expo at the Inn at Suncadia – and we want you to join us. From 11am to 3pm, visit a variety of information booths to learn everything you need to know about owning or building a property at Suncadia. With 23 vendors, you can expect to learn about everything from architectural design to landscaping to furnishings to mortgage brokers. Vendors will include:

Campcadia will be available for children aged 4+. We’ll keep the kiddos entertained with arts and crafts while you learn more about our resort community.
Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be complimentary, with beer from Roslyn Brewery available for purchase. All proceeds will be donated to the Habitat for Humanity.
Additionally, each vendor will donate $100 to Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit organization that builds and improves homes for families in need. Since 1976, they’ve worked to help homeowners achieve independence in an effort to build a better life for themselves and their families. And Suncadia has a profound appreciation for home development and the betterment of individuals and communities.
