Winter Is Coming—So Make the Most of Suncadia’s Experiences Before It’s Here!

The arrival of the cooler months sets the scene for truly memorable moments at Suncadia, with the changing hues of the leaves, crisp mountain air and clear skies creating the perfect backdrop for a season of celebration within the community. And in today’s times of social distancing, it is more important than ever to take the time to enjoy these moments of celebration. That’s why we at Suncadia have crafted unique fall experiences that are designed to make the most of the season, while staying mindful of the new normal.

Kick-start the season with a visit to Suncadia’s Pumpkin Patch, a special initiative at The Village Pavilion designed to make your time in the community even more vibrant and cheerful. Walk through an orange-dotted patch bursting with ripe fruit, pick up a pumpkin and get a family photo taken in the patch; rest assured we will be following all county-mandated rules and restrictions to make this event as safe and socially distant as possible.

Of course, the end of the month brings that all-important night—Halloween! This year, we’re part of Upper Kittitas County’s innovative Drive-thru Trick-or-Treat event on October 31, where kids can visit Roslyn, Suncadia and Cle Elum to collect three bags of goodies! After that, kids of all ages can also join us for a fireside Spooky Stories event—the perfect way to wrap up the season!

Of course, this is just half the story; all of Suncadia’s outdoor experiences, like archery, hiking, fishing, camping and more are still available to one and all. So make sure that you get in your last fix of all things nature, before winter is upon us. As always, we hope you stay safe and socially distant as you prepare for the season ahead.
