Suncadia Announces Last Golf-Side Neighborhood

Roslyn, Wash. – (May 19, 2017) – Suncadia, Washington state’s four season mountain resort community located 80 miles east of Seattle, is proud to introduce their newest neighborhood, Legacy, the last community to offer single family homesites within proximity to the heart of the Suncadia resort and the Prospector Golf Course.

On foot, Legacy is located at the center of Suncadia’s amenity rich action including Swiftwater Cellars Winery, the Lodge, the Swim & Fitness Center, skating rink and over 40 miles of hiking and biking trails, making it the perfect spot to build your vacation home.

23 of the 40 homesites in Legacy will have the Arnold Palmer designed Prospector golf course as a gorgeously green extension of their backyard. Legacy is named for Palmer, who made golf everybody’s sport. Suncadia wanted Palmer’s spirit and this golf-side neighborhood to be part of family’s legacy today and for generations to come.

The Prospector Golf Course is an 18-hole course playable for all skill levels that boasts a lush Washington State backdrop and views of stunning green fairways. Amenities and offerings include a practice range, junior golf, golf clinics, private or group instruction with PGA teaching professionals and a fully stocked pro shop that doubles as our winter headquarters for cross country skiing and snowshoeing.

All 40 homesites were carefully designed with a natural buffer, so no homes in the community will be immediately adjacent to Suncadia Trail. Legacy properties start at $125,000 and will become available to the public through the priority reservation program on Thursday, June 1, 2017.
