Residential and commercial construction has been a Bird family passion for generations, with builds all over the world. The founder of Patriot Builders is part of that legacy with a lifetime of exposure and experience in construction.
M. Semi Bird would later receive his formal training in civil engineering and construction through the U.S. Army as a Special Forces Engineer. After 24 years of military service where Semi was decorated for heroism (receiving the Bronze Star Valor and Purple Heart), he returned home to Central Washington where he established Bird Capital Management (BCM), LLC dba, Patriot Builders in 2013.
Our company is uniquely placed to create value for our clients as a solvent self-funded organization. We seek out and purchase premium real-estate and through Patriot Builders, we construct high-end homes.
Operating under the BCM umbrella, we are able to leverage some of the best construction talent in Central Washington to deliver quality custom homes at a competitive price. By eliminating the need to sub-contract most of the work, we can pass those savings on to our clients.
